Ringmer Rovers Junior Football club

Welcome to the home of Ringmer Rovers Junior Football Club!

Based at the foot of the South Downs in Ringmer near Lewes in East Sussex, RRJFC was established in 1982 and is an inclusive and exciting football club for all players aged from 5-16.

Want to know what we're all about ? Take a moment to watch our welcome video!

We currently have sixteen teams for age groups U8 - U16 including our own Academy for ages 5-7, currently about 250 players in all.

Our home fields are in the grounds of Kings Academy Ringmer including the excellent 3G facility and home of Ringmer AFC - The Caburn Community Ground.

We currently have teams in the Sussex Sunday, Rother, Crowborough and Mid Sussex Football Leagues.

We are the proud holders of the FA Charter Standard award. As such we have trained coaches and safeguarding standards that we ensure our volunteers adhere to at all times.

This is an annual award and our standards are checked each year to ensure we remain compliant.

See our full size certificate here.

We are an inclusive club and our fees are some of the lowest around. We use match subs to ensure that players who only train or who are unable to play matches are not disadvantaged in any way.

Please note, we are very lucky that that many of our teams are full and spaces rarely become available. We will hold your details on a waiting list but cannot guarantee if or when we will be able to accommodate your player.

If you would like to add your son or daughter to our waiting list then please contact us here. Please provide their age and school year.

If your child is in reception or starting reception in September, and just starting their football journey, please follow the link above and we will try to invite them to our football academy - spaces permitting.

Playing for the team, and for the team to win, is a fundamental part of the game – but not winning at all cost.

Commitment to our club and valuing fair play and respect for all others in the game is of great importance, and our Code of Conduct sets out the standards the club expects from its players, parents/guardians of players and supporters.
